We SFEF Kinesiologists all have a lifelong interest in health and have found this modality to be the most amazing, diverse and effective of all natural therapies. We want to spread its teachings around the world so people, enabled by SfefQi, come to trust the wisdom of their own body's ability to heal.

Lionel Thomas has studied a broad range of Natural Therapies in naturopathy including: Remedial and Clinical Massage, Herbal Medicine, Homeopathy, Iridology and Reflexology. His knowledge of Kinesiology has grown through Touch For Health, PKP, One Brain and EK. The concept of SFEF was born in 1986 using the principles of Kinesiology, Homeopathy and Chinese Medicine - three great healing therapies of the world, together with our western medical knowledge. Tracy Watt studied Namikoshi Shiatsu in 1998 with two exceptional Japanese Masters. She discovered another Master in Lionel Thomas and graduated in Sfef Kinesiology in 2005. Phone: 0429 938 337        

Trish Lewis has been involved in the health profession for many years, initially in the Western approach to medicine but came to realise that to really improve our health we have to take responsibility ourselves.
